PRICING & BOOKING
Let’s find the right fit.
It helps to have a starting point. Here are my rates for headshots and event coverage, along with a little about how booking works. If you’re planning something different, tell me about it and I’ll put together a quote.
Professional headshots.
Studio headshots
Starting at $275 per person, plus applicable tax.
I’ll guide you through the session, we’ll review the photographs together as we shoot, and you’ll choose one image for professional retouching.
On-location headshots
Starting at $300 per person, plus applicable tax.
I’ll bring the lighting and live image review to you. Your session includes one finished, professionally retouched image per person. We’ll talk through travel and setup costs before you book.
Additional finished images: $75 each, plus applicable tax. Choose the images you want, and I’ll finish those for you.
See what we’re getting. As we shoot.
You’ll see your photographs on a screen while we shoot, so we can look at them together. Want to adjust your expression, straighten a collar or try something a little different? We can dial it in right then.
We keep the shoot moving while you get a good look at the photographs and approve the ones you like. You’ll know what we’ve captured before you leave, and I’ll take care of retouching your selected images afterward.
Your starting headshot session includes up to 20 minutes, one outfit and one finished, professionally retouched image.
Once you’ve chosen your images, I’ll have your finished headshots ready within 3–4 business days. Need them sooner? I offer 12-hour rush delivery Monday–Friday for an additional $75 per image. Just let me know your deadline, and we’ll confirm the delivery time before you book the rush service.
Your $100 deposit goes toward the total price of your session. I understand that plans can change, so you can cancel or reschedule up to two times and keep your deposit credit. If you cancel or reschedule a third time, you’ll lose the deposit. Read the Booking Policies.
Company headshot days.
Getting everyone’s photograph updated? Tell me how many people are on your team, where you’d like to shoot and when. I’ll help plan the setup and schedule, then put together a quote.
Commercial & branding photography.
Every business has something a little different to show. We’ll talk about your people, locations, the photographs you need and how you’ll use them. From there, I’ll put together a quote so you can decide what works for you.
Event photography.
Coverage starts at $600 for two hours. Additional coverage is $300 per hour. Applicable travel charges and tax are confirmed in your quote.
