Booking Policies

A little planning helps the session go smoothly. Here are the details for booking your headshots, changing an appointment and receiving your photographs. For commercial, branding and event assignments, we’ll confirm the details in your project quote.

Deposits & appointment changes.

Your $100 deposit goes toward the total price of your session. I understand that plans can change, so you can cancel or reschedule up to two times and keep your deposit credit. If you cancel or reschedule a third time, you’ll lose the deposit.

Starting headshot sessions.

Your starting headshot session includes up to 20 minutes, one outfit and one finished, professionally retouched image. Studio sessions start at $275 per person; on-location sessions start at $300 per person. Applicable tax is additional. Additional finished images are $75 each, plus applicable tax.

Location work & teams.

If I’m coming to you, we’ll talk through travel and setup costs before you book. Photographing a whole team? I’ll put together a separate quote around what you need.

Choosing your photographs.

You’ll get to see the photographs on a screen while we shoot. We’ll look at them together, make any adjustments and choose the ones you feel good about. I’ll take care of retouching your selected images afterward.

Standard delivery.

Once you’ve chosen your images, I’ll have your finished headshots ready within 3–4 business days.

Rush delivery.

Need them sooner? I offer 12-hour rush delivery Monday–Friday for an additional $75 per image. Just let me know your deadline, and we’ll confirm the delivery time before you book the rush service.

Commercial, branding & events.

We’ll talk through what you need, where we’re shooting, how you’ll use the images and when you need them. Your quote will include the agreed scope, deliverables, usage, delivery timing and booking requirements. If there’s a deadline or something special I should know, please tell me while we’re planning.
