Everyone starts somewhere – McAllen Fashion Photographer

Looking back on some of my work: The first time I attended Profoto workshop in downtown Austin about 5 or 6 years ago. I had never shot fashion photography and it was awesome! The amount of detail and prep that goes into any industry photoshoot is unreal.  Nothing is left to chance.

To that point I had done a lot of natural light photography in commercial work but never with strobes or a team. I’m always trying to learn something new and this one was one heck of any eye-opener. I can safely say this was the first time I had a chance to work with strobes and saw first hand how much they can impact someone’s work.

It’s funny how it all works out though, when I took the class I never thought I’d really use it.  Flash forward to 2019 and the world of Instagram and Instagram influencers, now I can use those skills.
